redditgifts was not only a site but a tradition that brought people together and helped them spread kindness and giving. It was one of the best websites to ever exist and when it shutdown it broke my heart. I have made this website along with a petition for those whom feel the same way and would love if the site came back one day. Feel free to check out the petition via clicking the following link:

This website isn’t just a fan site but also an exchange some what similar to redditgifts which is supposed to be if/until redditgifts comes back if it ever does.
How does the exchange work?

Once you’ve clicked please leave a comment with the link of your amazon, eBay, etc… wish list along with the name of the country you live in *optional* (Is made so you’d get randomly matched with someone in your home country in order to receive a gift faster or cheaper shipping cost.)
If willing to ship internationally please state that clearly.
Once enough people have joined everyone will be matched randomly. Then we’ll send you a mod mail and/or Reddit mail with whom your match is (their Reddit username) as well as a link to their comment. So then you can click on their wish list and order them something on their wish list.
Please not that your not matched in pairs but rather how RedditGifts did it. So you might give to someone and receive something from a completely different person. Please note that you might end up getting matched in pairs for the very first exchange but after that you will end up being matched in our long chain system like how redditgifts did how we explained previously.
You should give a gift *Spend a minimum of $20 USD**or more if your generous* and receive a gift. Once you have received your gift please post a picture of it on our subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/snooholidays/ as a thank you as well as proof of having received a gift. If haven’t received a gift please contact us on our subrddit or leave us an email alex@redditholidays.com If a user doesn’t give a gift more than twice that user is banned from participating in future exchanges. Please note that this is just a fan site and is not owned by, managed or part of Reddit inc. What was Reddit Gifts?
Reddit Gifts was a popular website originally created by Dan McComas in 2009, then later sold to Reddit in 2011 was a gift exchange site where users were matched randomly and can give gifts to each other as well as receive some. It featured many themed exchanges as well as the most famous and beloved Secret Santa exchange and was well loved by the majority of it’s users. It has ever won the Guinness World Record for the worlds largets gift exchange more than three times. Unfortunately the site shut down in early 2022 due to a lack of profit and hasn’t returned to the face of the internet ever since.

Reddit Holidays is a fan-made project created to support community gift exchanges inspired by the former RedditGifts program. This site is not affiliated with Reddit, Inc.
Participation in the exchange happens entirely through Reddit. Users join by commenting on the exchange post with their Reddit username and a link to their wishlist. This information is publicly visible on Reddit. We do not collect information through this website itself.
Usernames and wishlist links are viewed by moderators for the sole purpose of randomly matching participants. Matches are done manually by reviewing comments and pairing users at random. Once matched, participants are contacted privately on Reddit with the name of the person they are gifting to and a link to that person’s wishlist comment.
We do not collect email addresses, passwords, payment details, or shipping addresses. All gifts are purchased and shipped directly by participants using third-party services. The only other thing we collect through this site is the country, browser type and ip as well as how many times our site has been visited and that’s not linked to your Reddit account, email or anything and is only for security purposes only and remains anonymous. We don’t sell any information to third parties and don’t display ads.

Participation is voluntary. Gifts are sent directly between users, receiving a gift is not guaranteed, and Reddit Holidays does not handle payments, shipping, or disputes.
